Christina started performing around the Pittsburgh in local talent shows. She performed at many functions, and sang the star-spangled banners for all of Pittsburghs professional sports teams on many occasions. She caught the eye of many and she ended up on the Mickey Mouse Club. She originally auditioned two years before she was hired, but was too young at the time. After the Mickey Mouse Club, Christina went back to high school. Soon, she was approached with the oppurtunity to sing on the "Mulan" soundtrack. She sent a tape of her singing, and not long after, she got the job. 1999 has turned out to be the best of Christina's years, and 2000 and beyond will be even more successful.
